25 years ago? A bit knee-jerkey of McConnell or wise decision?

This time it’s not McConnell who is to blame. The fault lies with Tim Scott of South Carolina who has a bit of black racism about him, unfortunately. He’s good at most things but he certainly doesn’t have the wisdom of Thomas Sowell.
I’ve noticed that about Tim Scott before, the racism. Disappointing. I’d had hopes for him at the beginning.
