That is a stretch. But they'll find a female judge in DC or NY to sign on. Of course, if this precedent is set then just about all the critters in congress on both sides need to be targeted for prosecution because you know they do this.
If youre convicted of violating campaign finance laws you pay a small fine. You dont go to prison and if youre the president you dont get kicked out of office.
