A CVS opened a few years ago, just a few blocks from our home. My wife got a bunch of coupons from them and decided to use some. When she got to the checkout, NONE of the coupons were honored. There was always some restriction in the fine print on the back (and I do mean FINE print — it could not be read without a magnifier). My wife left everything there and has never been back.

I avoid cvs. They’re all gung ho about implementing obamacare crap. When I was young, I enjoyed shopping at Walgreen, but they and cvs, are going overboard trying to outbuild each other. They invade smaller towns, buy out any local pharmacies who will sell to them, and the customer ends up being just another number. Our town is too small to attract them, thank goodness. Our little pharmacy knows our name, treats us like human beings, and fills our scripts in no more than 5 minutes. And if I call in for a refill on a Friday, when the doctor is off, and my refills are expired, they happily give me enough to get through Tuesday, just to be safe. Try getting THAT at cvs.
