It guarantees anyone can legally make a ghost gun.
I like this ruling as well.
However, criminals who 3-D print firearms for criminal acts should, after a trial and conviction, receive the death penalty.
I believe that ANY crime that involves a firearm should get the death penalty after a trial and conviction.
That's a zero tolerance policy that'd work.

Do you realize its a crime to conceal carry, and some places refuse to issue?
What you just said is that you want anyone committing a crime with a gun to die.
You need to rethink that, or more clearly define what you mean.

Many bills to that effect have been passed and have become laws.
Unexpected things can happen fast, when someone is involved in an incident. Some incidents are pre-planned by schemers who initiate disputes. Some strange and unlikely incidents even happen by chance and circumstances alone. Many good people have been convicted for crimes.
But we can up the ante and put another large portion of the population in prison, if you like. Nearly all of them will be people who like to party and have fun without worrying.

I am sorry, but that is a nutty statement. ANY CRIME? There are so many anti-gun laws that are felonies which do not involve and physical harm. Are you saying that you want to put someone to death for those “crimes?” I can’t believe a rational person would say such a thing!

Death for ANY crime involving a firearm? To the law, that means the shotgun in your trunk when they bust you for a joint. If it’s in your immediate possession, it’s “involved”.
Aside from this bit of hysteria, there are in fact crimes very deserving of the death penalty. Premeditated murder, crimes against children, treason in time of war.
The problem is our courts and prosecutors and trial protocols have proven over and over that they can’t be trusted with the death penalty. There are lots more Nifongs out there who haven’t been stopped yet. So while I support the death penalty in principle, I must oppose it in practice as it is incompetently applied now.

I believe that ANY crime that involves a firearm should get the death penalty after a trial and conviction. What if your left rear blinker is out on the truck you drove in to go hunting? Death? Really?
