The rule allows thousands of college and university students who study in the Granite State to cast votes in the precinct where they live, even if they remain residents of another state, so long as they do not also vote in their home states. Yeah, and I'm sure all the New Hampshire voting students follow that rule. < / sarcasm >

Yeah, and I'm sure all the New Hampshire voting students follow that rule. < / sarcasm > It would be a simple matter to spot-check students, and see if they voted in NH and also at their home address. A few high-profile prosecutions would discourage that.
