I know, I know … as long as one blade of grass remains, we can always shoehorn another memorial into an already overcrowded space. So here we go. Yes, it's a worthy cause … but let's not ruin one of the last unbuilt sections and destroy a beautiful sightline to the Lincoln Memorial. Put the memorial somewhere else.
