The important point here is that the CIA and FBI should have hacked the Russian, Chinese, Iranian and North Korean hackers when it happened - before the election - on Obama’s watch. The important question is: why didn’t they??? Maybe because there was no Russian "hack" in the first place. there was a phishing attempt to trick people into giving away their password. That's just about impossible, except thru training of personnel, to prevent.
