Here's the problem.
The way to catch voter fraud is to count the number of dead people voting. Without that red flag it's almost impossible to prove Voter Fraud. I'm guessing the 'federal court judge was appointed by a Democrat President...
Until penalties for fraud are beefed up substantially, we can expect more of the same... I mean serious jail time!
