Actually, the impeachment process is a political one. Not exactly like a legal one.
I suppose with enough votes, they could impeach him in the house and if the senate had enough votes, they could convict him there, of just about anything they felt like charging him with.
It's about politics, not the law. Politics is about getting enough votes to win, not about the truth.
So I suppose, if the opposition voted and convicted him of hogging too much of the ice cream, they could.
My guess? It will not happen to Trump.
Because Trump ruined everything! Specifics? Everything was ruined because of Trump. That’s about the extent of the processing ability.
