BREAKING: CARTER PAGE FISA RELEASE
NYT ^ | 7/21/2018 | F-I/D-J

Posted on 07/21/2018 3:33:51 PM PDT by Steven W.

WASHINGTON — The Trump administration has disclosed a previously top-secret set of documents related to the wiretapping of Carter Page, the onetime Trump campaign adviser who was at the center of highly contentious accusations by Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee that the F.B.I. had abused its surveillance powers.

A DOJ that reports to Trump.

I guess you haven't heard that the DOJ considers itself fairly independent.

Don’t underestimate POTUS

Consider you can’t move until things are cleaned out and that’s continuing - by my count there were at least 5 of the most senior F-I staff including McCabe’s top guy out the door this past week.

Trump of many things is a master of timing.

And he has + knows everything. And he has all along!

TBD ;)

It's beyond put up or shut up time - they need to show who + what else was alleged there and PROVE this NOW ... if/when they can't, face justice for alleging it before:

Funny. He appointed the top tier of folks. A lot of the lack of action concerning the top seems to be more of having a focal point as a diversion rather than a strong and properly led DOJ.

Releasing this document in this form by the Left and its allies in the FBI, DOJ and other entities is a breathtakingly arrogant and desperate doubling down to delay its real, readable, and usable release.

When was the last time it was really supposed to have been released, but wasn’t? Back at the beginning of June sometime?

So that bought them two or so more months of delay. Now, we figure at least two more months of fruitless haggling behind closed doors about what else needs to be unredacted which is going to bring them closer to Election Day 2018.

All the while this is going on, they are going to be probing and poking, looking for something, ANYTHING on Trump...that he picks his nose, or has made some comment on tape about anything they haven’t found yet.

Or, they can keep up the work on his ex-lawyer Michael Cohen, flattering him here, threatening him there, building up resentments, talking in his ear about how Trump misused him and deserted him, all the while pawing through the millions of documents they seized looking for SOMETHING.

You almost have to admire them, in their treacherous cunning rear-guard action, trying to make it to election day, and then hope for victory so they can make all of this go away. Aided by the media, and politicians of both Left and Right, the entertainment business and universities, they are engaging in a vicious, 24x7 smear, disinformation, and manufactured outrage campaign.

Mark my words. This is a concerted effort to get to election day without releasing a usable FISA Warrant, and hoping for a Leftist majority in Congress to be elected.

They start out that way and then JW will get an in camera inspection by the judge in their case and he will order the redactions restored.

Trump has continuously let the FBI and DOJ delay and obfuscate the release of documents. Way past time for trump to pit sessions out to pasture and hire someone who will actually clean house.

My recommended action IS the cleaning out. Way past due. I didn’t underestimated him, but now I wonder if he is in over his head at Justice.

I sure hope Trump doesn’t think he is stuck on the horns of a dilemma on this, one horn being letting Mueller go on and eventually stumble onto something (no matter how minor) or fire him and deal with the outcry.

Honestly, myself, I think he should have fired Mueller back in February at the latest.

President Trump ought to declassify as much as possible without compromising legitimate sources and methods info.

There are no legitimate sources and methods in a phony document. It's all bullshit, and needs to be released without redactions.

I hope Carter Page has not hired an attorney. He doesn’t have a reason to hire an attorney. Why doesn’t he need an attorney? Let me explain.

If Carter Page were to be indicted, the government would have to turn over all the FISA warrant applications and all emails, written notes, phone logs, etc, etc.

Mueller and the Deep State do not want to do that. They would wind up indicting themselves.

Tweet from Mar 1, this year:

I’ve read about 100 pages of this FISA warrant and from what I can see -

1. It has more black stripes than all the zebras in the world.
2. The dates don’t jive for the charges against Page UNLESS there is something very important that was redacted
3. Page is NOT in jail. Why was the warrant ONLY for “surveillance and intelligence collecting” if they claims that he was a “foreign agent”, not registered, and working with Russian intelligence?

[I HAVE NOT OPINION ABOUT PAGE, ONE WAY OR THE OTHER. KNOW NOTHING ABOUT HIM AND DEFINITELY DON’T TRUST ANYTHING IN THE NEW YORK TIMES, WASH. POST, THE NATION, GPSU FUSION, YAHOO (ISIKOFF) AND THE ISIKOFF/DAVID CORN BOOK).

4. Why didn’t the FISA application list each NY Times or Wash. Post or Yahoo article by name and date since they were all public “sources”?

5. Why wasn’t the DNC identified as the “source” of the Steele dossier? THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST SUSPICIOUS ISSUES IN THE WHOLE APPLICATION.

It was Steele, who, on behalf of Fusion GPS, wanted to meet with 3 Russian “sources” who had dirt Trump. It was Steele who was shopping his “information” around, for money.

The DNC, Comey, etc were the leakers of the dossier story and we need to know what role Mollie Ohr played in all of this.

6. Since we don’t know what is in the redacted material, the whole application from what we can see, is based on someone’s “analysis” of a supposed relationship between Page and several Russian officials.

According to this criteria, Hillary Clinton and much of her Foundation staff, should have been put under a FISA surveillance warrant/watch just for UraniumOne. SHOW ME THE WARRANT!

The machinations of Strzok, Page, McCabe, possibly Weissman and other DOJ/FBI leaders has clouded the validity of much of what they did. If anyone(s) interfered or tried to interfere with the presidential election, it would all or some of these corrupt officials, plus others.

Also, by the FISA surveillance warrant’s own criteria, in the past such Democrat party stalwarts and leaders should have been placed under heavy surveillance for acting a “agents of a foreign power”, “colluding with agents of a foreign power or the foreign government itself” or for treason.

Sen. Ted Kennedy and his letters to Andropov, Premier and for head of the KGB.

Sen. Alan Cranston for his work it NKVD/CPUSA operative sin the Office of War Information during and after WW2.

Rep. Ronald Dellums (D-Ca). for his illegal activities re the Marxist coup - government of Maurice Bishop in Grenada, 1983 (plus several of his staff, Lee and Scott, had interesting interactions with Bishop).

Rep. John Conyers Jr. (D-Mich). His Communist Party USA activities started at least in 1964/65 (NLG membership, if not before). His KGB ties were the 1975 “World Peace Delegation” visit to the US, including being hosted in Congress by Conyers, Rep. Don Edwards (D-CA), an ex-FBI agent who turned communist sympathizer, Rep. Charles Rangel (D-NY) and Detroit City Council member/chairman (later Sen.) Carl Levin (D-Mich), among others.

Source: “WPC Call From Washington DC: WPC Bureau Meeting International Dialogue for Disarmament and Détente”,Wash. DC>, Jan. 25-28, 1978, WPC booklet. (the delegation as led by longtime Soviet agent/KGB, Romesh Chandra, one of the heads of the pro-Soviet “Communist Party of India” -who also meet with Asst Mayor of Boston Saundra Graham and DC Councilwoman Hilda Mason (an old Marxist). This booklet should be available at www.keywiki.org, search under “World Peace Council” and/or John Conyers Jr.

Rep. George Crockett Jr. (D-Mich) - hardcore member of the CPUSA and one of two (the other being Conyers), who refused to vote to condemn the Soviet Union’s shooting down of unarmed passenger plane KAL 007 in 1983, which killed fellow Member of Congress Rep. Larry McDonald (D-GA).

Rep. Bella Abzug (D-NY), might have been the Soviet’s top asset in the US Congress until she lost an election, thus making John Conyers the top red dog until he resigned from Congress about a year ago. Her CPUSA identifications cannot be found in known Congressional files.

How about all the Maryland politicians including future Sen. Ben Cardin, Sen. Barbara Mikulski, etc. who sponsored and or donated to the “Tribute for Parren Mitchell” on his retirement from Congress (D-Md) in the early 1990’s. The money received for the event was clearly designed to go to the “Peoples Weekly World”, the official publication of the Communist Party USA. The event was coordinated by Les Bayless, then the chairman of the Maryland/Baltimore CP chapter.

There are a lot more present and former Democrat members of Congress who sponsored communist front affairs from the Hanoi Lobby Mobes/NPAC, to the Mobilization for Survival, Labor Research Associates, National Alliance Against Racist and Political Repression, WREE (a women’s front), New World Review, a CPUSA journal, etc.

If we want to lay out all foreign contacts by political figures, let’s do it right. If done right now, the Democrats would lose the 2018 elections like Mondale lost the 1980 election.

One problem: files containing information about the above people and organizations may have been tampered with in the Congressional committee files.

I don’t care about Page, Manafort, Papadopoulus, etc. If they did something wrong, let them be punished, BUT DON’T LET THE DEMOCRATS, WHO HAVE DONE MUCH WORST AGAINST OUR COUNTRY, GET COVERED-UP AND IGNORED FOR THEIR TREASON.

Nothing in there is a crime.

How many Russian officials did the Clintons meet with after Bill left office; and who did Bill meet with when he was in Russia to speak at a bank for $500K. Where is the warrant to spy in Bill and Hillary Clinton?
