Additionally, the WH could have unredacted the document or the portions they believed was over redacted. They didn’t. If you think about it, they must love the angst this creates.
DNI (Clapper) used to mislead the Court.
They (FISC)should (have to!) follow up ... but they haven’t.
Aside from their resignation, the only vehicle to remove is by impeachment - and I don’t see 2/3 of Senate convicting to protect these folks.

Tracy Beanz did some follow-up to CTH which suggests the copy in question may have originated from (then new) Trump WH (Cohen) getting a copy from FISC which was that then shared with Nunes (in March 2017). That would make sense from the perspective of being new administration - remember there was a lot of setup involved in getting Hussein’s folks out before the Trump WH could move & enlist Nunes to discover - the best place to get a copy at that point was the FISC. I’d love to have been a fly on the wall when representatives of new administration (likely including Military attache, I’d presume) arrived at the FISC to inquire. When Collyer was asked to provide a copy to the Senate they said that the best place to get it was the administration. TBD ;)
So why then an old version instead of an updated version? This is no longer a new WH.
It seems it can only be that there are more than one version(s) of the FISA things. It’s a mystery!

Full disclosure: I've been involved on another forum in a heavy duty exchange with an SWJ anti-Trump troll. He keeps on calling conservatives "Fake News" and saying how studies show conservatives post much more fake news than liberals. So I'm admittedly on edge here.

Wrong. Trump cannot fire the entire FBI now. He does need to fire Sessions. Let Gowdy or someone who is conservative be AG. Sessions fooled many of us.
