Not really.The Constitution of Massachusetts guarantees the right to "gay marriage" (as ruled by our Supreme Court in 2004),recognizes the right to abortion (as ruled many times by our courts) and refuses to recognize the right of our citizens to keep and bear arms (as ruled many times by our courts,as recently as 2014).
In fact, our legislature repealed the anti-abortion law that had been on the books for decades, even though it was superseded by Roe. The thought was that if Roe were overturned, abortion would still be legal in the state.
Its as if the state government WANTS to kill babies, no matter what.
I cannot wait to get out of this “commonwealth.”
