Outstanding champion golfer!
Thanks for posting this! I saw the very end, and I realized I had no idea where this guy stood yesterday. I am ashamed to say I totally mnissed some great golf. But, never mind that, congrats to Molinari, his lovely wife (who I saw on the TV) and all the competitors. Hubby was watching a bunch, it was a great tournament.

LOL
That one almost looks like it was drawn onto the photograph.
PS ...... I'm 71 and tried a moustache right after I got married in 1973. It looked awful. I have kept a clean shaven face for all the years since, and my wife has stuck around all that time since.

On the facial hair subject: Being an old baseball player, I am baffled at the very large percentage of baseball players today who have facial hair. I know some of the pitchers started to do it to look menacing on the mound, but I think these guys mostly look filthy and unkempt with their bizarre variety of facial hair.
Do you remember when the Yankees and Marge Schott of Cincinnati did not allow any mustaches or beards on any players?
Those were the days.
;-)
Tiger Woolds Show.
Oy, you’d think they’d stop this nonsense already, but they just don’t.
______________
You are very welcome.
I was up on a ladder today cleaning some gutters, but saw nearly all of it ....... up and down, up and down the ladder.
It really was a beautiful competitive day of golf, and Molinaro was brilliantly steady and calm.
Tiger has 20 people deep following him, why the Hate?
I looked through some recent golf-related articles, but I didn’t see who issues the golf pings.

This is right up there as THE WORST (Brad Pitt).
Me too......... oh well. Bummer.
It's spilling over into public life too..
Whenever I see those beards, especially where I live where there is an incredible amount of middle easterners, I automatically think of ISIS and possible wannabe's.....
Don't care who you are or what you do, but when you sport those thick black beards, you're reminding me of ISIS and I don't trust you..........That's just the way it is.
Nice job, Francesco! I’d take a bogey free round any day. 158 years? wow. He was cool as a cucumber. Well done.
WOOOHOOO Francesco Molinari. CONGRATULATIONS!!!
If you gonna be a square
You ain’t gonna go nowhere
You know we did rule the world at one time. We also made things out of concrete. Collusseums. Aqueducts.....shoes.....
Congratulations to Molinari, but I always root for an American to win. Four Americans at or near the top of the leaderboard at the beginning of the 4th round, and none could get it done. Ribbit.
Maybe he’ll do for golf in Italy what Seve Ballesteros did for golf in Spain.
I only care about nationalities when it’s the Ryder Cup.
Now you just need to figure out how to qualify again for the World Cup.
It definitely wasn’t the same without Italy.
I was rooting for an American to win until it was announced that he would be the first Italian to win. The chance to see a historic moment and seeing his approach to the game made me to start rooting for Molinari.
Post of the day.
