FISA court judges are picked from among district court judges. Contreras was indeed appointed to the Federal District Court by Obama, but that isn’t what the tweet says.

And Carter Page worked as an undercover FBI agent to help bust a Russian spy ring operating in New York City in 2013. He’s denied it but more proof is coming out it was him. This information was also left out of the FISA application.
An FBI informant is also a Russian spy, yet he’s still walking free?
