Avenatti clearly gets his information from David Brock/Soros/Podesta, or even Mueller himself!!! Why is he privy to the information? Who is sharing it and why? Is Hillary paying Avenatti to represent Stormy Daniels? Bottom-feeder!!

Having and disseminating information that is clearly client/attorney privileged information, where he is neither the client or the attorney, is in violation of the law. Speaking publicly of that information, if true, could put this man in serious trouble. He was questioned about HOW he got the information, and what right does he have to speak of it. Dershowitz was right on target, to question his authority, and his source, of course which Avenatti chose not to answer.

browniexyz :" Why is he privy to the information? "

The key question is not why ..
but rather how did he get information, and from whom !
Or is this just more Mueller smokescreen based on hearsay ?

Our Judiciary system at the Federal level is political, corrupt, and a clear and present danger to the United States of America and my sacred Constitution. It must also be noted that the FBI is part of the Judiciary.

The branch of government, the legislative, has abandoned its obligation to oversee the judiciary. They are naught but eunuchs with a few exceptions. What is really happening is a death struggle between the executive branch and a left wing judicial branch. The only way the judicial branch can win is if the people abide by illegitimate law or they may rebel and this would be very ugly.

It should be noted that the executive, legislative and judiciary are co equal branches of government. This is not true! Only the legislative can remove persons of the judiciary or the executive. As the voice of the people our wise founders gave this ability to the legislative branch.

Unfortunately our legislative branch is beholden to business, labor unions, and the likes of George Soros and many just like him. They are for sale to the highest bidder be they “Demonicrats” or “Rinos.” They are a contemptible group of vermin. They come to Washington and leave as multi-millionaires. What did they sell to become rich?

They sold legislation that allowed business to become rich outside of normal market forces. They sold privilege to unions that allowed them great power outside of normal political process. They sell power and their bank accounts are full when they leave Congress.

Our legislative branch has abandoned its constitutional oversight duty of the executive and judiciary branch. They should be held in total contempt with the exception of Ron Paul and a few others like him. They are few.

Avenatti is being sued by his estranged wife; Stormy Daniels is being sued for divorce from her husband, Avenatti has been ordered by a judge to pay up the 10 million dollars in fines and payments he owes to clients. These two Stormy and Avenatti, are both a mess. Both have cheated on their spouses. And they want to throw stones at Trump for cheating on his spouse LOL

You forget to mention the IRS told him a few weeks ago that he owes them hundreds of thousands of dollars.

And yet, there are NO consequences for Avenatti.

People who owe taxes to the federal government are not supposed to be able to leave the country!

Yet Avenatti shows up in London to protest Trump!!

HOW??? Hillary’s minions in the State Department/IRS???

You are right.

Those are better questions.

How DID he get the information? And why isn’t someone with authority doing something about this, like the ethics committee of the bar?

https://thepoliticalinsider.com/stormy-daniels-lawyer-taxes-owes-5-million/

Avenatti owes the IRS back taxes of $5million, according to this and other sources.

https://www.irs.gov/businesses/small-businesses-self-employed/revocation-or-denial-of-passport-in-case-of-certain-unpaid-taxes

The IRS supposedly denies passport travel if your taxes are not paid.

Avenatti turns up in London for Trump protests. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/wires/ap/article-5952289/Stormy-Daniels-lawyer-skyrockets-chief-Trump-critic.html

So, why does Avenatti get a pass?

"...Our Judiciary system at the Federal level is political, corrupt, and a clear and present danger to the United States of America and my sacred Constitution. It must also be noted that the FBI is part of the Judiciary...."

And yet people get squishy when I call for mass capital punishment of all the guilty parties, which would require lots of executions.

But the thing is, if we don't do that, our republic and Nation will cease to exist.

Thus, I am a proponent of it.

I expect your being sarcastic, because in fact, if an attorney were to do this, he/she could face disbarment.

But intentionally producing a client’s privileged documents to a third party is not an error, but an intentional act of misconduct. The attorney would open him/herself to a malpractice action for the damage caused, and unless the value of the documents was somehow trivial, I don’t see how an attorney would avoid disbarment, as keeping a client’s confidence is one of the bedrock responsibilities of an attorney.

Right you are..Although Trump imposed the travel ban, it was OBAMA that passed and signed the law in 2015 .

President Trump’s executive order on travel may be generating big protests and be put on hold by the courts, but an IRS missive on travel and passports may not go down too well either. More than a year ago, in H.R.22, Congress gave the IRS a new weapon to collect taxes. Tax code Section 7345 is labeled, “Revocation or Denial of Passport in Case of Certain Tax Delinquencies.” The law isn’t limited to criminal tax cases, or even cases where the IRS thinks you are trying to flee. The idea of the law is to use travel as a way to enforce tax collections. It was proposed and rejected in 2012. But by late 2015, Congress passed it and President Obama signed it.

No. Anybody who pursued consequences for the leaker would be destroyed by the Left. And frankly, most attorneys fall into that group.
