North Korea appears to have started dismantling key facilities at a rocket-engine test center, a group of experts said Monday, potentially marking a significant step after last month's summit between Kim Jong Un and US President Donald Trump.
According to the respected 38 North group, commercial satellite imagery of the Sohae satellite launching station indicates Pyongyang has begun taking down a processing building and a rocket-engine test stand that had been used to test liquid-fuel engines...

Even if I see this happening, I won’t believe it! they could stash everything somewhere else while destroying what the camera gets... I don’t trust them and never will.
They could make their country into a thriving country.. if they had the will and the bad dudes over there could change their thinking to what would make them wealthy and more.. Trump has offered to help them do this.. don’t know how involved our money would be to them.. but China won’t want them to stray from the control they have over that part of the world. But their choices, since Trump... are limited.

On the other hand, rocket test stands A) arent really special technologically in the same way centrifuges are, so they can be simply reconstituted at any time, and B) arent useful if they arent deployed.
