I confess, I don’t know much about farm business, but I’ve heard for years, that most farms are owned by big corporations. Maybe someone can enlighten me.

That surprises me. I know corporate farms are on the increase and I'd have guessed they produce more of total US ag output than 11%. And, of course, many family farms are very large operations. This seems like good news to me if correct.
