This is how: Go to http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/my/

Select “My locale”

Select “Set My Location” in the upper left hand corner.

Choose “Tennessee” from the menu in the upper left hand corner.

Write your town or county below it.

And after you’ve set your location, click on the flag on your homepage which takes you to the TN forum board.
