Clinton was impeached but the Senate never followed through.

What are the odds McTurtle will follow through?

Heck. What are the odds Ryan will let the impeachment charges come to a vote in the House?

At this point the House hasn’t impeached him either. I doubt they will either.

The Senate held a trial.

There is 0% chance that the senate votes to convict Rosenstein. It’s a waste of time.

Even if he does, he doesn't have 67 votes to convict. I'd be surprised if there are 218 votes in the House to impeach.

“Clinton was impeached but the Senate never followed through.”

John Glenn followed through, at the cost of his reputation.

Good whore, John. Good whore.

Gowdy and Ryan say they will not support the resolution. House needs a simple majority. They might get it despite those two, but Ryan may prevent a vote. Gowdy really annoys me. He seems to prefer grandstanding to actually doing anything about the corrupt Rosenstein and other Deep State scum.

Senate needs 2/3 to remove him. Won't happen. Best we can hope for is either some contrition on Rosenstein’s part, with increased compliance on the documents, recusal, or best case, his resignation. Given his evident psychosis, none of that will happen.

Putting this debate on the House floor, however, does serve to move public opinion and might even move the President to take the plunge and fire the man.

“What are the odds McTurtle will follow through?”

He will follow through . GDP announcement on Friday. With the trade deal with the EU, Trump hitting his economic targets and everything falling apart for the Rats, it’s the perfect time to end the “madness with Mueller” hour.

And, it looks like Rip Van Sessions is awaking from his long slumber.

Winning Bigly

If impeachment were to come to the floor of the Senate _after_ midterms, then the odds will be zero.
