Yep, we know govt can’t chew gum and walk at the same time...ONE court case @ a time, right? I mean, it’s not like govt has the endless $$ stream they use to harass/drive-into-poor-house/convict those in their political cross-hairs

Hell, govt can’t even convict those that CONFESS to crimes (Cankles, Holder, etc.)...but why should we let THAT matter, eh?
