What’s Black culture...crime, missing fathers, abortion?
It pains me to say this, but before War on Poverty, black culture was exemplary. Church going, warm and caring families, a wonderful sense of humor...black culture changed when they were manipulated into thinking they were perpetual victims.
It is very sad. Hopefully, it can be reversed, because I see many young black people who have good backgrounds and are taking leadership roles to return black culture to American culture.
