I remember this like it was yesterday: A friend of mine, a guy, wore a t shirt to school that said “The word of the day is ‘legs.’ Help spread the word.” I was standing beside 2 male coaches when this guy walked by, they read the shirt and laughed. Still cracks me up. I’m 56 so this was a while back.....

In my day we weren’t allowed to have pictures or writing on clothing.
And violators of the dress code were usually sent home for t-shirts with sexually suggestive slogans which were pretty much like the ones which caused the policy to be instituted.
