As long as people can register to vote without proving citizenship we’re lost. Check the box and you’re registered to vote. Blah! I’m for requiring everyone to PROVE citizenship and I’m perfectly happy to prove mine. Do every voter in the State and then require it from every new voter. After that we can worry about paper ballots. What ballot will they give to illegals who are voting in CA in “local elections”? You think they are making up special ballots? You think anyone is checking to see if they filled out the national section? We’re screwed.
