But selling Russia Uranium is cool, of course if you are a Clinton or Obama

I would like to see the proof that foreigners staying at a Trump hotel expected favors, or if the money went directly to Trump. I don’t see how they have a case

This is about getting more private records to use as more political “fodder” in yet another desperate attempt to ‘get’ Trump.

Secretary of State Hillary and the Clinton Foundation were working side by side . Bill was the front man making the Deals and Hillary followed up with tax payer funds to split

Using this idiot judges comments NO BUSINESS OWNER could ever run for President unless he sells everything he owns

This ‘judge’ should be removed from the bench if his decisions are this bad and this personal

This will end up going up the ladder to the Supreme Court.

Messite wrote, in reference to the Foreign Emoluments Clause. Regarding the Domestic Clause, “receipt of any emolument is flatly prohibited.

Must be why Hillary had to return the china she tried to remove from the white house among other items.

Accuse the accuser of your own crimes, thus innoculating yourself. An Alynski rule.

Want proof? Look at Muellers operation.

Yes because like thieving obama and Clinton trump was dirt poor when he took office.

Please. The fake crime accusers are committing a crime by propagating the lies.

oh please. Now the liberals, who don’t even know there is an emoluments clause in the constitution, are all up in arms and convinced that Trump has violated that clause.

“Prosecutors”? In a civil case? It’s good to see a reporter so we’ll versed in the law.

If they can prove these guys significantly overpaid, there is a case. If all they did was give Trump’s businesses their business, it goes nowhere. that is, unless Cohen has a recording of trump saying “I’m gonna do what these guys want me to do because they promised to give me all their convention business.” :-D

I see this as a “look over here”.

This is ridiculous. Ordinary commerce at the going rate isn’t an emolument by any standard.

At issue is the Constitution's "emoluments" clause, which bans federal officials from accepting benefits from foreign or state governments without congressional approval.

OK so then Congress passes a law saying it's OK for foreign governments to patronize Trump properties. Problem solved.

Better make it quick though. November is fast approaching.
