Happy to see President Trump mention this. You know these companies are going to censor the conservative message before the 2018 elections so they can win the election.

Twitter, Facebook and Youtube are the modern Telephone. Getting censored by them is like getting censored by your telephone service cut off because they don't like what you say. If they are allowed to delete Pro American messages, conservatives, Patriots, Libertarians, Nationalists, then it's only a matter of time before Free Republic.

It's time these companies fall under Anti-Trust Laws that the Telephone Companies fall under. Defend anyone being censored by these Stalinists.

They have proven to the public they cannot be trusted by shadow banning Republicans, users and/or deleting accounts. Ditto Google. Their search engine has become unusable since they have changed the way searches work.

A very strong case can be made that actively and secretly hiding content from one side during an election is a de facto in-kind contribution to the other side. And the value of said contribution would be massive. And of course it's not reported on campaign finance disclosure forms.

Twitter better think hard about this.

How are you looking at Twitter?

Cable Modem (Cables run through public land), Satellite or Cell phone (Public Airways)

Yes they are a private company but they freely use public domains.

I am looking at Twitter the same way I am looking at the FR. What you said about Twitter can be said about the FR. Last thing I want to see is this forum regulated.

Private company. They can handle it like they want. If you don’t like it, you don’t have to go there.

I think they may make adjustment now that they are caught.

Fair enough. But total transparency is needed - and thanks to Trump the country knows what is going on.

No they cannot do that. Just like they cannot discriminate on race, sex, religion and sexuality. It’s called discrimination laws. It’s also falls racketeering, false advertisement., etc....

If you do not believe me look at the way Facebook stock is tanking in the last 24 hours. That’s why they were in front of congress too. Notice these companies never make the defense you are saying.

Finally Facebook, Google and YouTube are pseudo private companies. They are really deep state. Hence, why they do not ever want this to go to a court of law. They would lose their @ss and they know it.

Now Twitter is private I think? Although they have never made a penny. So they could easily fall.
