Sounds like a threat.
They are in almost all of our convenient stores. If the crap hits the fan do not buy anything from those places, the water, sodas, chips etc... could be laced with cyanide. They could wipe out millions in days.
It is a threat, and one that they can deliver on. We have thousands of American servicemen and women in Iraq that can be made hostages.
