In all my 67 years, I have never seen a party join the opposition party as one to go against the interests of the United States.
Trump now has Europe discussing zero teriffs, but evidently these braintrusts don’t want to see that with China.
It boggles the mind to watch McConnell and Ryan damage this nation the way they are.
Imagine how Trump would be if he actually had strong leaders helping him from both parties. Instead, he has Ryan and McConnell. Now the left whines all the time that the GOP won’t “Doooo something!” However, all they do is the minimal. They aren’t out there openly trashing him, but they aren’t helping him with his agenda, aren’t defending him, and are doing shady crap like this.
So well put. Few people have their eyes open.
The Republican Party, which could be enjoying huge popular majorities everywhere, is struggling to maintain power. All of this needless struggling could be avoided if they adopted economic nationalism. It would be clear sailing for them if they could dump the Free Traitors™.
i dont consider it the republican party. establishment republicans are more uni party than republican party. its like the republican party is the establishment republicans and then everyone else.
They are hoping to ride out the Trump presidency so that thing can get "back to normal" after he leaves.
Unless the American people wise up and start electing more people like Trump, then the Trump presidency will be nothing more but a speed bump for the Uniparty. Trump is only one man. He can fix everything all by himself.
What angers me, is that this will be a LAW, and can’t be undone, except by another law. Fat chance! Trump can refuse to sign it, but that would only be a gesture, since they all voted for it. Deliberately going against the prez, AND making him look weak to China. A twofer! I’m surprised they didn’t throw NAFTA in there, to make it a triple! Backstabbing jerks! They’re getting rich from this kind of crap, and that, plus sticking it to Trump, is all they care about.
We can change things in congress, if we continue to elect conservatives. It’ll take a few cycles, but it can be done. Keep voting Republican, while continuing to primary these Rinos out of existence.

Well, for many of your 67 years the U.S. Congress wasnt wholly owned by corporate AND foreign interests. When you make a person wealthy beyond their wildest imagination, they will do what you want them to do. I wonder what the over/under is how many Congress corruptos are sold out to China or companies that want to manufacture at slave labor wages there? 400? 500?

Once one realizes there is only ONE party in DC, the UniParty, things start to become a lot clearer as to why they do the things they do.
There is a republican faction and a democrat faction to fool the “unwashed”, but they are ALL the same socialist/globalist trash, The UniParty. The UniParty does NOT care about the American People and never has....as long as we remain their “cash cows” to fund their evil ways. It is a socialist/globalist monolith. Their 2-party campaigning during election time is just political theatre for the “unwashed masses”: their cash cows (that’d be us).
Trump stands in their way and they will do ANYTHING to remove him. Money and power is their game, and they’ll do anything to keep and control it....ANYTHING. Those UniParty members that do it’s bidding get richer and richer. Those that don’t, don’t last long. How else can a Congressman enter with just their salary and end up multi-millionaires in just a short time? The Swamp is deep. Draining it is a very cut-throat & dangerous game.
