Proof of citizenship should be a federal requirement before voting. It is absurd that foreign nationals can decide the fate of American treasure.

If states want to allow illegals to influence their laws, go ahead. But letting California decide the destiny of the rest of America is villainy of the lowest order.

The problem is that these non citizens will secretly be allowed to vote in all elections.
