I think he is just fine on a personal level. He has some super human ability to take on anything and win. He did it in the real estate world bigly. Number one tv show for quite awhile. took on the political establishment and won. Takes on countries around the world and fears nobody.
I’m sure he does things on a personal level much different than I do.
I cannot dislike a man who could be sitting on a beach or a yacht somewhere enjoying the good life, but is instead working his ass off to drag the nation along behind him when he is headed in the right direction, away from a Leftist hell hole.
Some of the things that make him not so pretty, are the very same things that give him immunity to the attacks from the press/Leftists.
Some folks still imagine a perfect man, to save us. Perhaps Ben Carlson was that perfect man. Would he have been able to weather the press and the attacks from the Left.
We have an ornery old cuss at the helm. That is who God provided for us.

Thank God we have Trump, warts and all, the only man who could realistically pull off what he is trying to.

I loved RR. I spent some time with him when he was our Governor. That said, with all due respect to RR, he doesn’t begin to have done what Trump has done already.
RR was a politician when he became President, and as a consequence, he did a few things very well, but didn’t touch the bulk of what America needed to have fixed then. Plus the GOPe saddled him with that worthless a$$hole GHW Boosh, who was a roadblock. So while you may not “like” Trump, he is by far the most effective, hard-driving, hitting all the important bases President we’ve EVER had.
I was uncomfortable about some things at first, but I’m changing my mind. I think it’s doing him a world of good to be in the company of such as Mike Pence and Franklin Graham, and I don’t think that other than bedroom issues, he was really dishonest in the first place. Certainly not more so though almost any career politician.
At least he hasn’t murdered any women by walking away drunk while they drowned. He was never a Grand Dragon of the KKK.
Same here. I didn't like Trump himself, I didn't vote for him in the primary, and I think he still says and does and tweets a lot of needless stuff that only hurts the cause. But I voted for a Trump administration in the general election, and I've been pleased overall with the results.
I wonder how many of today’s American patriots would have “liked” Thomas Jefferson or George Washington...? And what’s more: WHO CARES?!?
