Here is the plan. Have people form Arizona, Texas, Utah, drive over to her district, go down to DMV, register and get a drivers license in California, and find a friend that will take in the absentee ballots. Just before election, have the friend send the absentee ballots to Utah, Texas and Arizona and sway the election. I am registered to vote in California AND I DON;T EVEN LIVE THERE¡ It is actually quite easy.
