Hasn’t the precedent already been set? Didn’t someone destroy 30k emails under subpoena and nothing was done about it? Comey doesn’t have to comply.

Good luck with that! What with the lawlessness of the DOJ, how would you ever know if anything was “preserved” subject to a judicial order. Most f*cking federal judges are in on the game anyway. They are the DOJ’s “protector’s as I see it. Most of them probably worked at the DOJ before being “elevated” to a judgeship.
