The formidable Mike Pompeo testified Wednesday before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. Pompeo gave a powerful and informative opening statement, but from then on, the hearing devolved into a three-hour circus to behold. Apparently, not one of the Democrats sitting there heard that opening statement. Instead, each and every Democrat, when he got his chance to question Pompeo, made a complete and utter fool of himself.
Clearly, Pompeo has a lot of I.Q. points on all of them. They asked their questions as accusations, especially regarding Trump's sit-down with Putin in Helsinki. When they did not like the beginning of an answer, they rudely interrupted to make certain Pompeo was unable to finish.

Him, Mattis, Gina Haspel...superstars all.
The C-span video at the bottom of the article is worth (if your able to stand it stupid dems and spineless rinos) watching for Pompeo alone....the remainder is boiler plate.
Rabble of the Senate: Cory BooKKKer alert.
I listened to much of it on the radio. Pompeo’s most superior intellect was always evident. He walked into a den of wolves and slew them with logic and words.

Ah, there you are, party hound! ;^D Hope you had a fab time. Grody, to the max! IR
I’ve been meaning to watch this bit of beltway sewer buffonery. I have read Corker was particularly pathetic.

Glad to see you back in action
The remarkable thing about the hearings was that the Democrats had this new found toughness against Russia and North Korea but when the Secretary brought up Obama and his abject failure in prosecuting any kind of response against those two nations the Democrats immediately changed the subject. I despise Menendez as a corrupt politician, but in this case he was the only one who had some credibility after he told Obama his Iran deal sucked and he was voting against it. He paid the price as they went after him for his corruption, and he was engaging histrionics against Pompeo, but he went against his party on a horrendously foolish deal.
Yippee! You’re here again. Thanks!!!!
