Your free healthcare would consist of long waits at a government clinic for a 10 minute visit with a physician assistant or nurse practitioner, waits of days or more if you need to see an actual doctor and weeks of waiting to see a specialist. Specialized treatment like cancer therapy or surgery...more waiting. Then of course there will be rationing of care. Too old or too young too bad as death panels decide your care.
