"Ginsburg cited “good behavior” and the lack of term limits as reasons why she intends to remain on the bench into the foreseeable future. .......... we hold our offices during good behavior … and most judges are very well behaved.”"

Ginsburg cited “good behavior” and the lack of term limits as reasons why she intends to remain on the bench into the foreseeable future. “You can’t set term limits, because to do that you’d have to amend the Constitution,” she said.

So let's amend The Constitution.. I cant believe The Founders intended RBG and her ilk to sit on the court for forty or fifty years. And while we're at it, set term limits for all Federal judges. And Congress too.

“You can’t set term limits, because to do that you’d have to amend the Constitution,” she said. “Article 3 says … we hold our offices during good behavior

Would you look at that!!! Who would have guessed?

She has read the constitution!!!

And she even understands at least one article!

She can say what she wants; Scalia probably would’ve said something similar had you asked him in January 2016.

The Grim Reaper might ‘overrule’ her on this one though.

Instead of term limits for the Court, how about a weight limit? Ginsburg weighs about 65 pounds at this point. Any human who is likely to blow away in a strong wind should not be deciding matters of constitutional import.

I’m sure that the George Soros and Nelson Rockefeller’s of the world would like to help her a little longer.

Good luck to her.

She may be our October surprise.

Translating, RBG says: “F*CK YOU America.” She’s in my daily prayers to be a recipient of a dirt nap. Ditto for Breyer & the “Wise Latrina!”

Sleep and collect a paycheck till you’re 95..not a bad gig if you can get it. This so called “jurist” is morally corrupt.

If the photos on findagrave.com for Nathan and Celia Bader are indeed the parents of Ruth, (the dates on the gravestones appear to fit the timeline) then we can surmise she has outlived her parents.

Her mom passed away in Ruth’s senior year of high school. Celia was 48.

Ruth’s dad died when he was 71.

Ginsburg did everything but swear that she would leave office only when dead. Yet there are some unhappy examples of Supreme Court Justices who held on too long. Justice Douglas was slack-jawed and senile, in a wheel chair, and wearing an often leaky colostomy bag when he finally quit, and Justice Holmes was not only senile when he retired but frequently skipped out in the afternoon for the local burlesque show, where he sat in the front row and leered at the dancers. When Holmes was asked to retire at the age of 90, he said that he was surprised that his colleagues had waited so long!

She needs to die. She just pulled 5 years out of her ass because that is about when Trump’s second term ends and she knows the commit Senate Rats won’t allow Trump to replace her while he is a lame duck.

I predict she will die before then. I hope she dies quietly, peacefully, and painlessly. But I do hope she dies in the next year or two.
