I have no problem with whistleblowers getting a reward. I know there are statues that provide rewards from federal programs but are there rewards for turning in Joe and Jane (or John) who disappear every weekday from 1:00 to the end of the day? Or Mike who gasses up a federal vehicle using a federal card and then takes it to take his boat to the river.
Waste in the fed is people time being squandered and a million cuts of stealing materiel.

The real waste are stupid programs gleefully set up by politicians Demanded by gulled taxpayers who wish for skittles, candy canes & punch to instantly appear “ex nihilo” at no cost to themselves or anyone!
