The UN is not a nation, thus our “treaty” with them is null and void under our constitution.

That’s like Red China saying we arm and feed and protect No. Korea but we can’t control them.
The Russian can control whoever they want to if they are there in the neighborhood. What’s Iran going to do, defeat Russia with an army of Moslem fanatics on the ground. Chechnya should be the lesson to look at when watching Russian ruthless determination in action.
