#7 - If there WAS any evidence of Russian "collusion" in any of the cases Mueller has brought forth to date or secured what are now believed to be questionably obtained "guilty" plea's, then why did Mueller hand off those cases for prosecution rather than keep them and prosecute them himself?
If there were any Russian "collusion" by the Trump Campaign, President Trump, any family members, campaign operatives, etc.. then Mueller would've kept those cases to apply maximum pressure to those under investigation to attempt to get them to flip on PDJT.
There is no "collusion" here other than between the Russians, DNC and HRC campaign. Period.

Mueller’s plan is obvious: on about 10-20-18, release a repot full of unprovable insinuations of wrong-doing, to influence the election (no irony there...). This will provide plausible reportability for an orgy of anti-Trump attacks and speculation. If the Dems take Congress, they will claim a mandate to impeach.
If I were Trump, I’d be tempted to continue negotiating with Mueller about a deposition until mid-October, then announce availability on November 13th at 9 pm. If election goes Trump’s way, cancel the depo, order Rosenstein to end the authorization of the SC (not to fire Mueller, just end the authorization), then ask Sessions, Wray, and Rosenstein if they wouldn’t like to resign in protest.

Mueller’s projected October Surprise will dribble away when the Trump team lets go their September surprise which, by now, shouldn’t surprise anyone who has been paying attention.
