You bet, the citizen with the LTC likely saved that security guards/cops life.
Would love to see the cops reaction to seeing this. If the bad guy had been more serious the cop would be dead, and the CCL holder would have shot the bad guy. This was the best outcome. The civilian’s cover of the officer definitely saved him.
