Partial facial paralysis certainly can be a sign of stroke. Also there is the increased risk of stroke following a C-Section that should have been considered. They missed up very, very badly. It is not their business to do a financial profile on any patient who needs ambulance service. If they failed to take vital signs as well they will be lucky to retain their certifications.
She could have stroked and fell and hit something. Its not clear what happened.
