I hate to rain on everyone’s parade, but consider the Real ID Act of 2005. The initial compliance deadline was 2008. As the mandatory compliance date approached...many states weren’t in compliance. An extension was granted...and then another one...and then another one. The most recent extension bumped compliance out to 2020. At this point, a little over half the states have complied. The ones that haven’t are your typical democrat bastions of resistance...some even passing resolutions opposing compliance.

As much as I’d like to see a Voting ID...good luck getting it to go nationwide.

That is why we should have expulsion states that fail to comply get expulsed from the Republic. Oh and any state that does, does not get to keep the counties that elect to remain in the Republic. Guaranteed the progressive socialist problem would disappear in a couple of years.
