If you see a bunch of cops pointing a gun at someone, are you going to stay anywhere near that guy?! The innocent bystander actually has some culpability, in my view, for not getting the h*ll out of there. Did she really need to be told?

Watch the damn video! The point is that THEY ALL did stay close to the guy with the knife as though they were immune from danger. There was a guy in a wheelchair there and the incompetent cops let them all just stand there instead of telling them to move far away from the situation. Obviously the woman was frozen in fear and her fears were realized due to the gross incompetence of these cops. She needed a calm, reassuring voice telling her to move towards a spot the cops deemed safe. Instead she got a bullet to the head.
