A the asexual and/or aromantic spectrum; includes grey-asexuality, demisexuality, etc. Historically, it has been used to stand for allies as wellbut specifically in order to cover for the closeted individuals in LGBTQ+ spaces. The A is definitely not for allies who are both straight and cisgender.
The + includes all other queer identities that have not already been mentioned, such as pansexuality and polysexuality.
