A shot across the bow of the splc!
long past time to go after these treasonous bastards. Hit em with both barrels, reload and hit em again. Metaphorically speaking of course.
Good news if true.
Pinch me. If Sessions goes after SPLC with a RICO case, they have half a BILLION in the bank to lose.
They should be implicated in Floyd Corkins’ attack on the Family Research Council to begin with for fomenting murderous violence.
The SPLC is against religious liberty only when it pertains to Christians.
Big League Politics, By Peter D'Abrosca, Jul 30, 2018
A recently-uncovered court document from the divorce proceedings of a prominent Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) figure alleges horrific conduct on behalf of one of the most influential lawyers in America.
Maureene Dees, ex-wife of SPLC co-founder Morris Dees filed for divorce on March 8, 1979 after a decade-long marriage marred by difficulties, according to an appellant brief obtained by Big League Politics. The brief was filed by Maury Smith, Julia S. Waters and Charles M. Crook, attorneys for Maureene, in the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals:
According to court testimony, among other perverted sexual behavior, Dees attempted to molest his 18-year-old step-daughter with a sex toy. Holly Buck was Maureene Dees daughter from a previous marriage.
If DOJ truly takes off the kid gloves, and actually investigates that nest of vipers, it can be a great blessing to the Nation in general, and true Christians in particular.
“According to the DOJ, the task force will “develop new strategies, involving litigation, policy, and legislation, to protect and promote religious liberty.”
Be still my beating heart...how pussy can they get.
come on Sessions...get er done...
More winning.
The conniving SPLC stashed a lot of its income offshore.The Southern Poverty Law Center is best known for its "hate map" -----a collection of organizations the nonprofit SPLC deems "domestic hate groups" that lists mainstream conservative organizations alongside racist groups such as the Ku Klux Klan and is often referenced in the media. A gunman opened fire at the Washington, D.C., offices of the conservative Family Research Council in 2012 after seeing it listed as an "anti-gay" group on SPLC's website.
The SPLC has turned into a fundraising powerhouse, recording more than $50 million in contributions and $328 million in net assets on its 2015 Form 990, the most recently available tax form from the nonprofit.
SPLC's Form 990-T, its business income tax return, from the same year shows that they have "financial interests" in the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, and Bermuda. No information is available beyond the acknowledgment of the interests at the bottom of the form. (Excerpt) Read more at freebeacon.com ...

REFERENCE--Southern Poverty Law Center Transfers Millions in Cash to Offshore Entities

===================================================
The SPLC off-shore banking scam sounds suspiciously like the Madoff fraud. When he went to jail, investigators found Ponzi King Bernie Madoff had stashed billions offshore---into a labyrinth of financial entities.
COLLUSION AND CONSPIRACIES GALORE
Some $8.9 billion was funneled to Madoff through a dozen so-called feeder funds based in Europe, the Caribbean and Central America......a labyrinth of hedge funds, management companies and service providers that, to unsuspecting outsiders, seemed to compose a formidable system of checks and balances.
But the purpose of this complex architecture was just the opposite: the feeder funds provided different modes for directing money to Madoff in order to avoid scrutiny.
=====================================
ACTION NOW---The Bank Secrecy Act should be mobilized----to follow the paper trail and determine how money changed hands among (a) SPLC (b) Obama and OFA, (c) leftist groups and donors.
Demand that the scope and dimension of collusion in sub rosa deals be examined, as to who might be personally profiting and if financing domestic terrorism is being facilitated.
<><> L/E needs to examine bank accounts of the aforementioned.
<><> Joint bank accounts might be used to facilitate the transfer funds from one account to another, and/or wire-transferred offshore;
<><> To cover their tracks, fake invoices might be created to show that money deposited into SPLC accounts was being used for legitimate purposes.
<><> Financial schemes scheme might be advanced by issuing phony statements of payments from financial sources that actually covered the transfer of funds for insiders' personal use and/or for financing domestic terrorism.
Shady banking transactions could be prosecuted under the (1) Bank Secrecy ACT, (2) RICO, and, (3) the Hobbs Act.
=============================================
<><> L/E should get ahold of: (1) copies of SPLC checks, (2) wire transfers, (3) account statements, (4) invoices, (5) bills, (6) delivery tickets, (7) SPLC correspondence including snail mail, e-mail, mobile devices, cell phones, (8) contracts, (9) loan agreements, (10) other account books or official records.
L/E should also explore (a) monies paid to brokers, sub- brokers, (b) family members, (c) mortgage brokers, (d) financial managers, and, (e) real estate agents, brokers, and developers.
<><> L/E should scrutinize bank accounts for suspicious activites: (A) large deposits, (B) funds transferred from one account into another, (C) frequent requests for withdrawals.
<><> SPLC bank records might also show diversions to secret LLC accounts, to money launder and to operate personal ventures;
Tax fraud may also be a factor, facilitated by withdrawals, gift cards purchases, credit card purchases and intra-bank transfers from legal bank accounts into personal accounts, or redistribution schemes.
<><> A huge tipoff is whether SPLC bank withdrawals support luxurious lifestyle including payments for real estate, investment and stock holdings, jewelry, luxury vehicles, resort travel....... and gifts and purchases from luxury outlets.
Each year since 1990, the SPLC has published an annual census of hate groups operating within the United States. The number is one barometer of the level of hate activity in the country.
The SPLC hate map depicts the approximate locations of hate group chapters. The location of a chapter in no way implies that local government officials or residents endorse the beliefs of the group. Quite often, they dont know it is there. This years hate map is also available in text format sorted by state and by ideology, and in CSV format. Data from previous years is available for download in Excel format.
Some hate groups have chapters that meet in different cities across a state. And, in some cases, these groups have not designated a specific location as their headquarters. When this occurs, the SPLC lists the chapter as statewide and marks the location as the geographic center of the state. What is a hate group?
The SPLC defines a hate group as an organization that based on its official statements or principles, the statements of its leaders, or its activities has beliefs or practices that attack or malign an entire class of people, typically for their immutable characteristics.
Black nationalist groups have always been a reaction to white racism. These groups are typified by their anti-Semitic, anti-LGBT, anti-white rhetoric and conspiracy theories. They should not be confused with mainstream black activist groups such as Black Lives Matter and others that work to eliminate systemic racism in American society and its institutions.
Southern state AG’s need to file a class action suit preventing the SPLC from using “Southern” and Poverty” in its name.....insinuating southern states are poverty-stricken.
Remember, Sessions is from Alabama and spent a lot of time in Montgomery where the splc is located. He probably hates them as much as most people here do. Doesn’t surprise me that he would take an opportunity to get them.
Declare them a terrorist organization.
[H]he said that, really, the SPLC only tracks those who commit violence or who seek to destroy whole systems in the name of an ideology.
Isnt that exactly what happened in Cleveland? I asked. These five men, all linked with Occupy Wall Street, attempted to blow up a bridge as an overture to the wholesale destruction of Cleveland, Ohio, and in the name of anarchism. They also looked to blow up the Republican convention.
They were anarchists, he repeated.
Yes?
He paused. Were not really set up to cover the extreme Left.
