It's not the rich folks problem, they aren't shooting each other. It's your problem, keep voting democrat and keeping the mayor's office in a crooks hands and nothing will ever happen. Start reporting the criminals instead of protecting them. Demand police walk the beat and walk with them. Support curfews, keep you kids at home with a Mother and Father at night.
