Marsha Blackburn had a BIG win last night in the Tennessee primary for U.S. Senate. She is an outstanding person & great supporter of mine. Congratulations Marsha, we need you very badly in the Senate to vote for our agenda. Your next opponent will vote against all we are doing!

Is McCain dead yet?
Or still being force-fed chemistry and oxygen by his aides?
(He is, after all, one of the very few Cold War aces. Got shot down in, burned up, crashed, ejected from or destroyed five enemy (er, US Navy) planes!)
We needed Roy Moore very badly in the Senate as well, but the party bosses derailed that conservative voice. Much like the GOPe sandbagged Christine O’Donnell in Delaware - her voice was crucial to possibly stopping 0bamacare, among other important issues.
Hopefully the Common Core Republicans won’t stick it to us again this time.
Now watch the Bush League Republicans try to help the Democrat win......
This one will likely be close. The Democrat, Phil Bredesen, is popular. Marsha is quite conservative. She will need the conservative vote to turn out in large numbers. I’m guessing that she will be a slight favorite, but only slight. We badly need Marsha to win this one.

Now if we could just replace McTurtle with a conservative.
destroyed five U.S. Navy airplanes ...
meh..., could have happened to anyone, right?
Now, now these were just bad candidates the swamp had nothing to do with their defeat, or so I have been told many times right her on FR.
If President Trump has already come out for her, she’s destined for success.
Not expecting any bad outcome in Tenn. Look at the primary votes for each.
The Republicans had about a 2-1 turnout for Blackburn over the “popular” Dem.
Doesn’t look good for the Rats there.
“This one will likely be close”
i doubt it. 719,000 votes were cast in the Republican primary and only 381,000 Democrat primary votes were cast. No doubt Trump would hold a rally in Tennessee if the vote was expected to be close. I predict Blackburn will blow Bredesen out of the water ...
We can not get complacent. We need every conservative in Tennessee to turn out to knock on doors and explain why its so important to get her to DC
Republicans had more contested races than Democrats, increasing Republican turnout. Plus, moderate to liberal Republicans may choose Bredesen over Blackburn, since Blackburn is a strong conservative. I hope that she wins in a blowout. I think that she wins, but I think that it will be closer than some think.
Phil Bredesen...he was the TN Gov (D) for 2 terms a few years ago...after Don Sunquist (R)
amongst other things he did was to veto all the good bills controlling the illegal aliens...such as no gov bennies for those over the age of 18 etc...
10 years ago he caused TN to be vulnerable when GA passed the same type laws and the illegal aliens fled from there on July 1st that year...to where ??? any state that didn’t have those great laws...like Tennessee...
In they poured and took up classroom space intended for American citizen school children and gov bennies intended for our poor elderly and veterans...
Any law that aided the illegal aliens was a good law for Phil...any law that protected the American citizens was a bad one...
That’s the guy Marsha is up against in Nov...
Please put me on Marsha’s PING list...I told her for years we needed her in the Senate...
BTW I never once voted for Corker nor Lamar!
Good Mississippi State grad.
Bredesen, I assume.
We in Clarksville like Rep. Blackburn a lot and thank Pres. Trump for his endorsement. From up here a mere forty miles away, Nashville has acquired some blue qualities as of the Islamic triangle of Tennessee which includes Shelbyville and Murfreesboro.
I meant a special Trump created name meant to mock, belittle.
