Of course the NRA is being targeted and discriminated against in an effort to blunt the association's influence. Perhaps I should have used a sarcasm tag, but without protected class status, I do not think any federal judge would rule for the NRA in this case. Freedom of association in choosing business partners.

Maybe a better question is why haven't conservatives gone after the ACLU, SPLC, and Planned Parenthood in the same fashion? Oh wait, progressives go for the jugular, most conservatives tend to go along to get along.
