If you are a "newseum" , then you are interested in News history. You should not be an advocate for the current main stream media.
I mean, one would expect news history, warts and all. I would expect an exhibit showing jingoistic "yellow journalism ".

They could have just been honest and said "after receiving some complaints". Miraculously this truth morphed into "widespread public backlash".
