I haven’t been here much the last few nights either. I THINK life is about to get back to normal so there’ll be time to spend here again.
Glad you cooled off at last but dang the heat coming back. Triple digits aren’t fun.
Did you get to the shooting range?
Yes, I was at the museum today. My “mission” is a little different this time. The uniforms I clean up now will be put out in the museum - hanging along the walls - rather than upstairs. I don’t know the eras well at all and am uncomfortable with this job. They said if something is put in the wrong place they’ll just move it but I don’t want to put things in the wrong place to begin with. So I’ll be doing some homework this week to learn how to identify which uniforms belong in which eras.
A few pieces were placed today because they were easy enough to identify but the rest are hanging on the rack for next Sat.
Not much else going on now. Our elections are over at last so no more working on that stuff with the “R” women’s group. Life returns to normal. Whew!
