As President of the United States he can go pretty much anywhere he feels like going. Kasich knows he’s about three notches above his Peter Principle station and must still wonder how “the son of a mailman” got that far and why these reporters are actually writing down his blather.
My guess is no.
Balderson wants to win this seat, and Kasich would have tanked any chance.
I call BS on this one.
If Balderson DIDN'T want the President to campaign for him, he would have not shown up to his own rally, or told POTUS, thanks but no thanks.
Trump has better things to do than campaign for an ingrate.
I'm certain Trump was invited.
