That clips a joke. Look at the first shot of the pickup driving towards the camera. It’s sunny, dry, shadows being cast across the road etc...The next shot is Fonda approaching on what looks like freshly rained on road surface, cloudy, no sun, no shadows..

They didn’t spend much time thinking this movie out. Low budget cheesy.

There’s usually a “continuity manager” (or something like that title) on every movie, who makes sure backgrounds are the same from shot to shot, clothes are the same, props are the same, haircuts are the same, vehicles etc etc etc. They must have spent that movie’s personnel slot’s salary on weed. Heh.
